Lily House
This home underwent a thorough renovation, updating the main floor, primary bedroom, and two second-floor bathrooms to align with the family’s needs and aesthetic vision. While ensuring all spaces met current building codes. A key enhancement to the property was removing the wall that separated the kitchen and living room, allowing for an open concept design plan. Our next consideration was to create a safe and functional environment for the family’s young children. This approach not only ensured the design was safe for younger children but also allowed it to evolve gracefully as the family grows.
The family of four sought a renovation that would accommodate their changing needs. One of the top priorities was creating an open-concept space ideal for family gatherings. Bright, earthy tones were incorporated to enhance natural light and make the home feel larger, while staying true to the family’s design style.
